We wanted an untraditional, intimate, spiritual, beach wedding with beautiful music and a natural themed decor and our dream came through. Sophia was very friendly and spent the time to communicate with us every step of the way to get every details on how to execute our big day. She took charge and met with the other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. The day was very special as rain came and we were happy their team was able to think on their feet to kick-start the wedding and refresh the reception area located on the lawn. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy:
50% with contract required to confirm all booking with PROEVENTS JAMAICA. Full payment required 14-30 days prior to your event. Day of Cancellations due to weather or other influencing factors outside of the control of PROEVENTS JAMAICA, will not result in a full refund. A fee to cover any expense incurred will be deducted.
Cancellation with 90 days’ notice will result in a full refund, where no work was done by the Proevents Jamaica team. A notice of 60 days and less will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. An agreed fee to cover any expense incurred will be deducted.
